How do I find events on Event Flo?

Sign up, verify your ID, and browse the Discover page. You can filter by city, category, or date. Events are added daily across Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, and several US cities.

Are events on Event Flo free to attend?

Many events are free. Hosts set their own pricing — some events have no ticket fee, while others charge for exclusive experiences. You can filter by price on the Discover page.

What kinds of events can I find on Event Flo?

Event Flo hosts house parties, badminton and racquet sport meetups, club nights, rooftop gatherings, social meetups, and more. All events are exclusive to verified members.

Is Event Flo safe?

Yes. Every member is verified with a government-issued ID before they can register for or host events. This creates a high-trust community where hosts and guests know they are meeting real, verified people.

How do I host an event on Event Flo?

Sign up, complete government ID verification, then click "Host an Event". Fill in your event details, set capacity and ticket price, and publish. You can approve or decline each registration request and track check-ins on the day.

Event Flo is active in 23 cities worldwide: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Jaipur, Goa, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad in India; New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, and Austin in the US; plus London, Berlin, Toronto, Sydney, and Singapore.

How much can I earn by hosting events?

Earnings vary by ticket price, capacity, and how often you host. Hosts running 2-3 paid events per month typically earn Rs.40,000 or more. Event Flo charges zero platform fees on ticket sales.

Who can see the guest list for my event?

As a host, you have full visibility: you see each guest's display name, verification status, and interests before approving them. Guests only see who else is attending after they are approved.

How do I attend an event?

Create an account, verify your government ID, browse events in Discover, and register or request to join. Once the host approves you, you receive a QR code ticket to scan at the entrance.

How do hosts decide who to approve?

Hosts review each registration based on verification status, profile completeness, and shared interests. Approval is required for all events — first-come first-served applies only up to the stated capacity.
