What is Event Flo?

Event Flo is a social event platform where hosts of public events verify their government ID, and guest verification is on by default. A private event can go live before its host is verified. You can discover and attend house parties, sports matches, and nightlife events, or host your own events with full control over your guest list.

How do I find events on Event Flo?

Sign up, verify your ID, and browse the Discover page. You can filter by city, category, or date.

Are events on Event Flo free to attend?

Many events are free. Hosts set their own pricing — some events have no ticket fee, while others charge for exclusive experiences. You can filter by price on the Discover page.

What kinds of events can I find on Event Flo?

Event Flo hosts house parties, badminton and racquet sport meetups, club nights, rooftop gatherings, social meetups, and more. By default, events are open only to verified members.

Is Event Flo safe?

Yes. Event Flo checks government ID for every host of a public or members-only event. A private event can go live right away: until the host is verified, guests join by invite or at the door. Guest ID verification is on by default, so a guest who signs up through the event page is confirmed only after their ID is verified. This creates a high-trust community where hosts and guests know they are meeting real, verified people.

How do I host an event on Event Flo?

Sign up, complete government ID verification, then click "Host an Event". Fill in your event details, set capacity and ticket price, and publish. You can approve or decline each registration request and track check-ins on the day.

Which cities does Event Flo cover?

Event Flo has city guides for 23 cities worldwide: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Jaipur, Goa, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad in India; New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, and Austin in the US; plus London, Berlin, Toronto, Sydney, and Singapore.

How much can I earn by hosting events?

Earnings depend on the ticket price you set, your capacity, and how often you host. Hosts keep 100% of ticket revenue — guests pay you directly and Event Flo charges 0% platform fees. As an example, a 40-person house party at Rs.300 per head works out to Rs.12,000 in an evening.

Who can see the guest list for my event?

As a host, you have full visibility: you see each guest's display name, verification status, and interests before approving them. Guests only see who else is attending after they are approved.

How do I attend an event?

Create an account, verify your government ID, browse events in Discover, and register or request to join. Once the host approves you, you receive a QR code ticket to scan at the entrance.

How do hosts decide who to approve?

Hosts review each registration based on verification status, profile completeness, and shared interests. Hosts can require approval for any event — first-come first-served applies only up to the stated capacity.
