Mark guests as paid
Keep your own record of who has paid you. Event Flo doesn't see the money, so a mark is only what you record.
Before you start
Your event has a ticket price. Free events have nothing to mark.
Step 1: Open the guest
In Guests, tap the guest who paid you.
Step 2: Tap Mark as paid
Tap Mark as paid in their details. The line under it reminds you that this is your own record and guests pay you directly.
Step 3: Undo if you need to
The button now reads Marked paid · Undo. Tap it to remove the mark.
Step 4: Use the Paid chips
Once one guest on the event is marked, every guest on the list gets a Paid chip. Tap a chip to mark or unmark someone without opening their details.
Step 5: Mark guests paid at the door
After your first mark, the scanner shows Paid or Not paid yet when a valid pass is scanned at the main entry. Tap Mark paid when someone pays you there. Your door staff can do the same.
Step 6: Read the totals on Revenue
Tap Menu, then Revenue. Ticket value is the guests you marked paid times your ticket price, and each event shows how many are marked. It's worked out from your own marks, not money Event Flo holds.
Good to know
You can mark requests, guests waiting for an ID and confirmed guests. A waitlisted guest can be marked once they're confirmed. Declined guests can't be marked.
One mark covers a whole booking, friends included.
Adding or importing people who already paid? Tick They've already paid me before their passes go out.
A marked guest's ticket and emails stop asking them to pay you.
On a priced event, approving a request emails the ticket with how to pay you. If they've already paid, mark them first.
