Pay the host
Event Flo never handles money. If an event has a price, you pay the host directly, using the payment details they add to the event.
Before you start
You've registered for an event that has a price. The payment details show once you hold a request, a spot or a waitlist place.
Step 1: Find How to pay the host
Open the event page. Under your status card, How to pay the host shows the amount and the host's own instructions, such as a UPI ID or cash at the door.
Step 2: Or check your ticket
The same box sits under your QR code on your ticket page. If you have several tickets, it shows the total for all of them.
Step 3: Pay the way the host asks
Follow the host's instructions. If they ask you to add your name to the payment, do it so they can match it to you. Questions about paying go to the host.
Step 4: Look for the paid mark
If the host records your payment, the box says Your host marked you paid. Not every host uses this, so no mark doesn't mean they haven't got your money.
Good to know
On the waitlist, the box says to pay once you get a spot.
Refunds are between you and the host. Event Flo never holds your money, so it can't refund it.
If the host cancels the event, contact them about getting your money back.
Event Flo never asks you for card details or a payment.
