Find and show your ticket
Your ticket is a QR code on your Event Flo account. Show it at the door, from your phone or from the email we sent.
Step 1: Open Tickets & saved
Tap your profile picture at the top right, then Tickets & saved. On a phone you can also tap Menu, then Tickets & Saved.
Step 2: Tap the event
My events opens on Tickets, with upcoming events first. Tap the event to open your ticket.
Step 3: Show the QR code at the door
Under Show at the door is your QR code, with your ticket code below it. Door staff scan the QR, or type the code if the scan doesn't work.
Step 4: Add it to your calendar
Tap Add to Calendar to save the event to your phone's calendar.
Good to know
Once you're in, the event page also has View your ticket.
Your ticket email has the QR code too, and View ticket in app opens this page.
Messages from the host show on the ticket page under Updates from the host.
A request that's still waiting has no ticket yet. Its card opens the event page, where you can see your status.
