Cancel your registration

Step 1: Open the event page

Scroll to the ticket box. Under You're in, tap Cancel booking.

Step 2: Confirm

Tap Yes, cancel to give up your spot, or Keep booking to stay. If you registered friends with you, this cancels their tickets too.

Step 3: Or cancel from your ticket

On your ticket page, tap Cancel RSVP (or Cancel whole booking if you have several tickets), then Yes, cancel.

Step 4: Withdraw a request or leave a waitlist

If you're still waiting, the card has its own link: Withdraw request for a request with the host, Cancel request for a saved request or Leave waitlist on the waitlist. Confirm with Yes, withdraw, Yes, cancel or Yes, leave.

Good to know

Cancelling a booking cancels every ticket in it. To give back just one friend's ticket, release it instead.

You can cancel from the event page until 1 hour after the start. A saved request can be cancelled until the event ends.

Refunds are between you and the host. Event Flo never handles the money.
