Terms of Service — Event Flo Platform Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and TFY Management Services Private Limited (“Event Flo”, “we”) when you use event-flo.com. By creating an account or attending an event through Event Flo, you accept them. Last updated October 5, 2026.

1. What Event Flo is, and is not

Event Flo is a listing and coordination platform. Hosts publish events; guests ask to attend; hosts decide who comes; guests check in at the door with a QR code.

Event Flo is not the organiser of any event, not a ticketing agent, and not a party to any arrangement between a host and a guest. We do not run venues, supply staff, or take responsibility for what happens at an event.

We never handle money. Event Flo charges no platform fee and no commission. If an event has a price, the guest pays the host directly, by UPI, bank transfer or cash at the door. We never hold funds, never take a cut, and never process a payment.

2. Your account

You need an account to host or attend. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

The details you give us must be accurate, particularly your name and date of birth, which hosts rely on to run safe events.

Age. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you must meet any age requirement the host has set for an event. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up, do not accept one under 18, and enforce each event’s age limit when you ask to attend.

Verification. Most events require a verified identity. You upload one government-issued ID, our team reviews it by hand, and your account is marked verified or rejected. You may not use someone else’s ID or an altered one. We may reject or undo a verification if we believe a document is not genuine.

3. Hosting an event

If you host, you are responsible for the event: the venue, safety, legality, the accuracy of your listing, and any permissions or licences it needs. You agree that:

Your listing describes the real event, including price, address, capacity and any age limit.

You have the right to use the address you list, and to invite people there.

You will honour approvals you have given, and handle your guests’ information responsibly.

You will follow the law on gatherings, alcohol, noise and safety where you are.

Guest information. When someone asks to attend, you receive their name, email address, city, verification status and answers to your questions. You may use that information only to run that event. You may not add these people to a marketing list, sell the information, or reuse it for anything else. If you upload a guest list of people who are not Event Flo members, you confirm you are allowed to share their details with us for that event.

House party addresses. For house parties, the exact address is released to approved guests two hours before the start. This is part of the safety promise and is enforced by our systems. Do not defeat it by putting the address where it can be read earlier, for example in the event description or a public message.

Changes and cancellation. You can cancel an event; we will tell your confirmed guests. Any refund of money you took is between you and your guests, since we never held it. Any cancellation policy you write into your listing is your commitment to your guests, not ours.

4. Attending an event

When you ask to attend:

The host decides whether to approve you. They can decline without giving a reason.

You may need a verified identity, and you must meet any age limit the host has set.

Your ticket and QR code are personal. Do not share or sell them.

If you cannot attend, withdraw your RSVP so someone on the waitlist can take your place.

Behave decently. Hosts can block you from their own future events.

House party addresses are shared with you shortly before the event. Do not forward or post the address; it is usually someone’s home.

You attend at your own risk. Event Flo does not vet events, inspect venues or supervise what happens. Identity verification tells you the person is who they say they are. It is not a background check, a criminal record check, or a guarantee of anyone’s behaviour.

5. What you may not do

Impersonate anyone, or use a false or borrowed identity document.

List events that are illegal, or that promote hate, harassment, or harm.

Harass, threaten or endanger other members.

Post anything obscene or sexually explicit, anything that sexualises or harms children, or anything that invades another person’s privacy, including their bodily privacy.

Post photos, personal details or material that belong to someone else without their permission, or that infringe a copyright, trademark or other right, such as another organiser’s poster.

Insult or harass anyone on the basis of gender, or promote enmity between groups on grounds of religion, caste, race or ethnicity.

Promote gambling, money laundering, or real-money online games that are not permitted in India.

Knowingly post false or misleading information, such as an invented event, lineup or venue.

Post anything that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, its relations with other countries, or public order, or that incites an offence.

Upload a virus or any code designed to damage or disrupt a computer system.

Collect other members’ details for any purpose beyond the event you are running.

Attempt to bypass our security, scrape the platform, or interfere with how it works.

Publish a house party’s exact address ahead of its release.

Post or do anything else that breaks the law.

To report something that breaks these rules, email our Grievance Officer at grievance@event-flo.com. Our Grievance Redressal page and Community Guidelines explain how complaints are handled and what we expect of hosts and guests.

6. What we may do

We may remove any event or content that breaks these terms, refuse or undo an identity verification, take away your access to features, and decline to provide the service. Hosts may block individual guests from their own events.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post: listings, photos, reviews, messages. You give us permission to display and distribute it as part of running and promoting the platform, including on public event pages that search engines index.

You confirm you have the right to post what you post, including photographs of other people. Reviews should be honest accounts of an event you attended.

8. Fees

Event Flo is free for hosts and guests. There is no platform fee, no commission, no subscription. If that ever changes, we will say so before it applies to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not own, operate or control the events listed on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Event Flo is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from an event, from the conduct of a host or guest, or from your use of the platform, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting a host account also deletes that host’s events, guest lists and tickets. We may stop providing the service, or a feature, with reasonable notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will update the date above and tell you. Continuing to use Event Flo after that means you accept the new version.
