Add questions, an agenda and other details
Below Event options on the event form is a row of add-on chips. Each opens an extra section: questions for guests, an agenda, an age limit, an RSVP deadline and more details.
Step 1: Find the add-on chips
Scroll past Event options on the create form or in the editor. Each chip, such as Questions, opens its own section.
Step 2: Ask your own questions
Tap Questions, then Add question. Type the question, pick the kind of answer (Text, Email, URL, Phone, Number or Yes/No) and tick Required if every guest must answer.
Step 3: Add an agenda
Tap Agenda, then Add session. Give each session a title, a start and an end. Room / track and a capacity are optional.
Step 4: Set an age limit
Tap Age limit and type it, for example 18+. Guests younger than that, going by the date of birth on their profile, can't register.
Step 5: Set an RSVP deadline
Tap RSVP deadline and pick the day. It closes at 23:59 unless you change Closes at, and after it nobody can register.
Step 6: Add more details
Tap More details for sections such as What's included, House rules, Cancellation policy and Things to know. Fill in the ones you want and they show on your event page.
Step 7: Remove a section
Tap the × at the top right of a section to remove it. If it held anything, an Undo appears for a moment so you can bring it back.
Good to know
On a priced event a How guests pay chip appears too. See Tell guests how to pay.
With more than one ticket per person, Questions also shows Guest details, so you can ask for each friend's name, phone or email.
You see each guest's answers when you open them on Guests, and in your guest list export.
Age limit isn't offered on business events. House party agendas have no room, since the address stays private.
