Share your event
Every live event has a link. You can copy it, share it to an app or download its QR code from three places in the Organizer OS.
Before you start
Your event is live. A draft has no link to share yet.
Step 1: Share from the Command center
Under your event's numbers, tap Copy link or the WhatsApp, X or Facebook button. The last button opens your phone's share sheet, and View event page shows what guests see.
Step 2: Share from Marketing
Open Marketing from the menu. Share your events lists every upcoming event with the same buttons, plus Announce to message the guests already coming.
Step 3: Download the QR code
Open the event's editor and scroll to Share and preview. Copy copies the link, and Download QR saves a QR code for posters and slides.
Step 4: Share right after you publish
The Your event is live! card has the share buttons, Copy link and Download QR too. See Create an event.
Good to know
A private event's link is meant to go person to person, so it has WhatsApp, the share sheet and Copy link, but no X or Facebook.
Someone who isn't a member and opens a members-only link sees your community, not the event.
A private event whose host has no verified ID takes no registrations through its link, so you see Add guests instead of share buttons.
The editor's Download QR saves an SVG file. The one on the live card saves a PNG image.
