Sign in and reset your password
Sign in with Google or with your email and password. If you forget your password, send yourself a reset link and choose a new one.
Step 1: Open Sign In
Tap Menu at the top right, then Sign In.
Step 2: Sign in
If you signed up with Google, tap Continue with Google. Otherwise type your Email and Password and tap Sign in.
Step 3: Read the message if it doesn't work
The message under the form says what went wrong. Incorrect password. means the address is right. No account with this email. comes with a Create your account link. This email signs in with Google. Use Continue with Google above. means the account has no password.
Step 4: Tap Forgot password?
Forgot password? sits above the Password box.
Step 5: Send a reset link
Check the address under Email and tap Send reset link.
Step 6: Open the email
Check your inbox. shows where the link went. Open the email Reset your password and tap Choose a new password. Your current password keeps working until you do. Nothing there? Check your spam folder, or tap Didn't receive it? Resend email when the countdown ends.
Step 7: Set a new password
Type it in New password and Confirm password: at least 8 characters, with a letter and a number. Tap Save new password. You stay signed in on this device and are signed out on your other devices.
Good to know
A reset link works once. If it says This link has expired., tap Send a new link.
Accounts made with Google have no password to reset. Use Continue with Google.
The button you used last time is marked Last used.
Signed in and want a new password? Change it from your profile.
