Delete your account

Before you start

Hosting upcoming events? Cancel them first, so your guests hear about it.

Step 1: Tap Delete account

Open Profile (tap your picture at the top right, or the Menu button in the Organizer OS) and scroll to the bottom. Under Account, tap Delete account.

Step 2: Read what gets deleted

Delete your account? lists it: your profile and the photos you uploaded, plus every event you created with its guest lists, tickets and check-in history. Guests of your upcoming events are emailed that the event is cancelled.

Step 3: Type delete and confirm

Type delete in Type delete to confirm. Yes, delete my account turns on. Tap it. You're signed out and taken to the home page.

Good to know

Your registrations, tickets, the communities and venue pages you created and your ID files go too.

If it fails, you see Your account was not deleted and nothing was removed. Try again, or get help.

Just want fewer emails? Turn them off instead.
