Manage email preferences
One switch controls the emails we send to tell you about things: city digests, new events near you and hosting tips. Emails about your own tickets and events always arrive.
Step 1: Open Profile
Tap your picture at the top right, then Profile. In the Organizer OS, tap the Menu button at the top left, then Profile.
Step 2: Find the email switch
Scroll to Notifications. Email me about new events and tips covers the weekly city digest, new events near you, hosting tips and the occasional we-miss-you email.
Step 3: Turn it off and save
Tap the switch. It only counts once you save: tap Save in the Unsaved changes bar at the bottom (on a computer, Save changes at the top).
Step 4: Or unsubscribe from an email
These emails end with a Manage email preferences link that opens this screen. The unsubscribe button your email app shows turns the switch off for you.
Good to know
Always sent, whatever the switch says: tickets and entry passes, reminders, changes to events you joined or host, cancellations, check-in emails, and ID and account emails.
The checkbox you saw when you picked your city during sign-up is the same switch.
