Edit your profile
Your profile holds your photo, name, city and vibes, plus an optional host profile that people see on your public host page.
Step 1: Open Profile
In the Organizer OS, tap the Menu button at the top left, then Profile. On other pages, tap your picture at the top right, then Profile.
Step 2: Change your photo and name
Tap Change photo to pick a new picture (JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP, under 5 MB). It saves straight away. Edit Display name: it's the name hosts and guests see.
Step 3: Update your city, gender and date of birth
City and Date of birth are required. Once your ID is verified, your date of birth is locked: the box says Locked once your ID is verified. Contact support to correct it.
Step 4: Fill in your host profile
Under Host profile, add your Occupation, Neighbourhood, Languages, Fun fact about you and more. It appears on your public host profile. Every field is optional.
Step 5: Pick your vibes
Under Aesthetic & vibes, pick up to five. Tap one again to drop it.
Step 6: Save your changes
On a phone, a bar at the bottom says Unsaved changes. Tap Save, or Discard to undo. On a computer, use Save changes at the top.
Good to know
Your photo saves on its own. Everything else waits for Save.
If you leave with unsaved changes, Event Flo asks before it throws them away.

Hosts with an age limit see whether you meet it, never your date of birth.
