Use the VIP list and block guests

Your VIP list and blocklist cover every event you host. VIPs are approved without waiting for you. Blocked guests can't register, and the door turns them away.

Step 1: Open your VIP list

In Guests, tap More, then VIP list. Then tap Add VIP guest.

Step 2: Add a VIP

Type their Guest email and, if you like, Notes (optional). Tap Add to VIP list.

Step 3: Or add them from their details

On an event that asks for your approval, tap a guest on the list, then Add to VIP list. Once they're on it, the button reads VIP guest (auto-approve active).

Step 4: Block a guest

In the same details, tap Block guest at the bottom. Pick This event only or All my events, add a reason if you like, and tap Block from event (or Block from all events). Only you see the reason.

Step 5: Unblock someone

Tap More, then Blocklist to see everyone you've blocked and from where. Tap Unblock next to them and confirm.

Good to know

VIPs skip approval, not the ID check. On a full event they join the waitlist.

A guest's details show Add to VIP list only on events that ask for your approval, since approval is all a VIP skips.

Blocking declines their registration, frees their seat and sends them the usual declined message.

All my events covers events you create later too.

To cancel one booking without blocking, tap Remove guest. Their tickets stop working and they're emailed that you cancelled it. For a guest you added or imported, tap Remove from guest list.

Unblocking lets them register and pass the door check again. A registration you declined stays declined.
