Send attendance certificates

Make a certificate for everyone who was checked in at your business conference or training, then download them or email them to attendees.

Before you start

The event's category is Business conference or Business training.

At least one attendee is checked in. The certificate button shows only after that.

Step 1: Tap Generate Certificates

Open the event's attendance report and tap Generate Certificates. It sits with the export buttons, on the line below them on a phone.

Step 2: Pick a template

Under Template, pick Formal, Modern or Minimal. The panel says how many checked-in people will get a certificate, including any you imported or added at the door.

Step 3: Add a message

Type a line for every certificate in Custom Message (optional), such as the course you ran. It can be up to 200 characters.

Step 4: Preview, then generate

Tap Preview to open a sample certificate in a new tab. When it looks right, tap Generate All.

Step 5: Download or email them

The panel says how many certificates were generated. Tap Download All to save them as PDF files, or Email All to send each attendee theirs.

Step 6: Check what was sent

After Email All, the panel says how many were sent. When every certificate with an email address has gone, the button reads Emails Sent.

Good to know

Certificates go only to people who were checked in. That includes guests you imported or added at the door, but not the friends someone registered along with them.

Each certificate has its own code and a link anyone can use to check it is real.

Pick the template before you generate. Generating again only makes certificates for people who don't have one yet.

Email All sends up to 50 a time. If more are left, the panel says so: tap Email All again. Each certificate is emailed once.

If your ID isn't verified, certificate emails share a daily limit with entry pass emails.
