Find your way around the Organizer OS
The Organizer OS is your host dashboard. Here is where each part of it lives, so you can get to your event, your guests and your settings quickly.
Step 1: Open the Organizer OS
On a phone, tap Menu at the top of the Event Flo site, then Organizer OS. On a computer, Organizer OS is in the top bar.
Step 2: Pick the event you're working on
The event name at the top is the event switcher. Tap it to see your Upcoming and Past events, then pick one. Command center, Guests and Check-in always show the event picked here.
Step 3: Run this event
Tap Menu at the top left. Under This event, Command center shows sign-ups, approvals and your share link. Guests is your guest list and Check-in runs the door.
Step 4: Grow and manage
Under Grow, Revenue works out what your tickets add up to, Marketing has your share links and announcements and Audience shows who keeps coming back. Under Manage are My events, My communities and Profile, where your account details and ID live.
Step 5: Search your guests
Tap the magnifier at the top and type a name into Search guests…. It opens Guests for the event you picked, filtered to what you typed.
Step 6: Check your notifications
Tap the bell. Pending approvals at the top lets you approve or decline requests on the spot, and your other notifications sit below.
Step 7: Create a new event
Tap the + button at the top right; on a computer it reads New event. See Create an event.
Good to know
On a computer the menu is always open as the left sidebar.
Discover events and List your venue (My venue once you have one) at the foot of the menu take you out of the Organizer OS.
With no events yet, the menu shows only Manage, and the Command center offers Create your first event.
Revenue is arithmetic, not money Event Flo holds: guests pay you directly.
