The Bouncer Portal runs on any smartphone via browser. Deploy 2–4 staff with phones at entry points. All check-ins sync in real time to the same dashboard. For 200 guests with 3 staff, typical check-in time is under 25 minutes.
Can I set capacity limits and manage a waitlist automatically?
Yes. Set your capacity when creating the event. Once full, guests are automatically placed on a waitlist. If a confirmed guest cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified.
Does Event Flo charge more for larger events?
No. Event Flo charges 0% platform fees for all event sizes. A 50-person event and a 500-person event both cost the same — nothing. Standard payment processing fees apply for paid tickets.
What analytics does Event Flo provide after a mid-size event?
After your event, you can export: total registrations, confirmed attendees, no-shows, check-in timestamps, and per-ticket-tier breakdowns. All available as CSV from your dashboard.
