Every confirmed guest receives a unique QR code ticket. Your door staff scans tickets using the Bouncer Portal on any smartphone for instant, contactless check-in.
Can I set a maximum capacity for my event?
Yes. Set a capacity on the event, and optionally a limit on tickets per person. Once it is full, new RSVPs join a waitlist; turn on waitlist auto-promotion and the next guest is promoted automatically when someone cancels.

Once the event is full, new RSVPs join a waitlist. Turn on Require approval to confirm each guest yourself, for example after they have paid you by UPI. Event Flo charges 0% and never handles the money, so the price you set is what guests pay you.
