Does Event Flo charge platform fees?
No. Event Flo charges 0% platform fees. You keep 100% of your ticket revenue — and because guests pay you directly, there are no processing charges through the platform either.
How do I get paid?
Directly by your guests. Collect however suits you — your own UPI, bank transfer, or cash at the door. Event Flo never holds your money, so there are no payouts to wait for; the dashboard tracks registrations and shows what your priced tickets work out to, and if you mark guests paid as they pay you, what the guests you marked paid work out to.
What payment methods are supported?
Whatever you choose to accept. Since guests pay you directly, you can take UPI, bank transfer, cards through your own setup, or cash at the door. Event Flo does not process payments — it handles registrations, QR tickets, and check-in.
Can I offer refunds?
Yes — on your own terms. Because guests pay you directly, refunds are between you and the guest: state your refund policy in the event description and return money the same way you received it. Cancel the registration from your dashboard to free up the spot.
Does Event Flo support UPI and Indian payment methods?
Guests can pay you by UPI, bank transfer, a card machine you already use, or cash at the door — payment happens directly between you and your guests, so any method you accept works. Event Flo itself never processes payments.
How quickly does ticket money reach me?
Immediately — because it never leaves your hands. Guests pay you directly, so there is no settlement cycle and no platform payout to wait for. The money is yours the moment a guest pays.
Is collecting payments on Event Flo secure?
Event Flo never processes or stores payment details — payments for paid events happen directly between you and your guests, so there is no card data on the platform to breach. Account and registration data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I set early bird pricing, group rates, or pay-what-you-want?
Not as built-in ticket types — each Event Flo event has one ticket price, or none for a free event. Because guests pay you directly, you can still run an early-bird price by editing the price as your sale moves on, agree a group rate with a group, or accept whatever a guest chooses to pay; Event Flo takes 0% either way.
How do I collect payments from event attendees online?
With Event Flo, you collect online the way your guests already pay you — UPI, bank transfer, or a payment link from your own provider — and Event Flo takes 0% because it never handles the money. Put your price and payment details on the event and turn on Require approval. When a guest's payment lands, mark them paid on your Guests screen first, then approve them: approval sends their QR ticket, and a guest you marked paid isn't asked to pay. The dashboard shows what the guests you marked paid work out to beside what all your priced tickets work out to. If you need a card checkout run by the platform, a ticketing marketplace does that, for a fee on every ticket.
