How do I receive payouts?

What payment methods are supported?

Event Flo supports all major credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and local payment methods preferred in your region.

Can I offer refunds?

Yes. You can process refunds directly from your event dashboard. Refunds are handled securely and returned to the guest's original payment method.

Does Event Flo support UPI and Indian payment methods?

Yes. Event Flo accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through its payment processor, so guests can pay using whichever method they prefer. International cards are supported for global events.

How long do payouts take to reach my bank account?

Payouts are automated and settled directly to your registered bank account after your event, following the standard processor settlement cycle. There is no manual invoicing or chasing payments.

Is collecting payments on Event Flo secure?

Yes. All transactions run through PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure with bank-grade encryption. Event Flo never stores raw card details, and every payment is processed through a certified payment gateway.
