What is a run club on Event Flo?

A run club on Event Flo is a running group that lists its runs on Event Flo. Runners join with an RSVP, and government ID verification is on by default, so a runner who signs up on the run's page is confirmed only after their ID is verified (hosts can turn it off per event). Hosts describe the route and pace, cap attendance, and can approve each RSVP individually. Many run clubs are free to join; when a host charges for a run or race, guests pay the host directly.

Unlike informal WhatsApp running groups, Event Flo run clubs have a structured QR check-in at the start line. The host tracks headcount in real time and can close entries once the cap is reached. The meeting point is listed on each run's event page. Event Flo has run club guides for 18 cities: 12 in India and 6 in the United States.
