What happens when the venue loses signal?
Scans are cached on the device and sync automatically once connectivity returns, over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Nothing has to be re-entered and the headcount reconciles itself.
What is a good UrVenue alternative?
It depends which half of UrVenue you use. For table service, bottle bookings and venue revenue management, you need a comparable venue suite — Event Flo does not do that. For guest lists, ticketing, door entry and capacity, Event Flo covers it at no cost and with no per-device licensing.
Can promoters manage their own guest lists?
